Secondo il gruppo spagnolo, il brand americano avrebbe frodato i propri clienti sulla fonte e la natura dei suoi capi e accessori – creati da Zara – vendendoli come propri a prezzi "esorbitanti", fino a quasi sette volte di più, dopo aver tolto le etichette e averle sostituite con il machio Thilikó.
